The Corporate Partnerships Officer identifies, develops, and manages strategic partnerships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and institutional clients to drive business growth across Filinvest's hospitality portfolio. The role involves negotiating partnership agreements, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and service packages.

TEAM AND ROLE The Corporate Partnerships Officer identifies, develops, and manages strategic partnerships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and institutional clients to drive business growth across Filinvest's hospitality portfolio. The role involves negotiating partnership agreements, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and service packages.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITION: The role is to identify and establish strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand FHC's corporate client base across all hotel brands.

Prospecting. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with corporate accounts, travel management companies, travel agencies, and institutional clients. Partnership Proposals. Develop and present tailored partnership proposals and service packages aligned with client needs and FHC's business objectives. Contract Negotiation. Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies. Onboarding. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new corporate partners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery from the outset.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT RELATIONS: This includes nurturing and growing existing partnerships to maximize long-term value and client satisfaction.

Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, and institutional partners across all FHC properties — Crimson, Quest, and Grafik. Client Engagement. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities. Retention Strategies. Develop and implement account retention strategies to minimize churn and strengthen partner loyalty. Issue Resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for partner concerns, coordinating with operations and other departments to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

SALES COORDINATION & PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT: This includes working closely with internal teams to deliver compelling and competitive proposals that meet client requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance teams to develop and deliver customized service packages and proposals. Sales Collateral. Coordinate the preparation of sales presentations, rate sheets, and partnership kits that effectively communicate FHC's value proposition. Event & MICE Support. Coordinate with property teams to support corporate events, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) requirements of key accounts. Pipeline Management. Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects, active accounts, and partnership opportunities using CRM tools.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING: This includes tracking partnership performance and providing insights to support strategic sales decisions.

Revenue Tracking. Monitor and report on revenue contribution of corporate accounts and partnerships against targets and forecasts. Performance Reviews. Conduct regular performance reviews of existing partnerships to assess value delivery and identify areas for improvement. Market Intelligence. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to refine partnership strategies and maintain competitive positioning. Reporting. Prepare clear and concise reports on partnership performance, pipeline status, and key account updates for senior management.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance teams to ensure partnership strategies are aligned with FHC's overall business goals and service standards across all properties.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Relevant experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development within the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
